HAITAO LU GROUP

Our current researches mostly focus on the development and biomedical applications of LC/MS based precision-modication metabolomics (PMM) Strategy as a general discovery tool in the fields of systems biology and drug discovery. Specific Aim 1: dissect the pathogenesis of metabolic diseases and infectious diseases; Specific Aim 2:   elucidate the therapeutic mechanisms of small-molecule drugs, Chinese Medicinal Plants and TCM formulae;  Specific Aim 3:   facilitate the discovery and development of small-molecule based drugs.

Currently, we are engaging in several national competitive projects as National Natural Science Foundation of China Grants, National Key Research & Development Grant of China, etc.
