In this critical review, we are first to define a new niche as "Precision-Modification Metabolomics, PMM" strategy worldwide, this strategy shall be explored and exploited to clarify the biological functions and mechanisms underlying differentially metabolic modifications and modulations in different biological contexts, beyond the conventional focus of metabolomics engagement, just to target metabolic phenotype....our PMM methodological work are in progress, it will be over there in half year, and this shall extremely enhance the general capacity of metabolomics method in different areas of translational-precision research of biomedicine.
